The use of domestic software has advantages in developing the national economy and ensuring information security of Russia. It is directly developed taking into account the specifics of the Russian market and users' needs, which allows creating customized and effective solutions. Also, under the conditions of sanctions, domestic software reduces dependence on foreign technologies, which ensures the stability of business processes and protection from potential threats from foreign companies. The paper considers the issues of organizing a unified register of domestic software, which will comply with Russian standards and requirements. The analysis of existing information technologies available to optimize the search for a domestic analogue is carried out, the key criteria for selecting software development tools are proposed. On the basis of the considered issues the conceptual model of the information system with flexible filtering system, which will meet the actual demands of the target audience, is given. Centralized access to software products simplifies the process of selecting and implementing the necessary solutions for business and government organizations, promotes better interaction between developers and users, which in turn improves the quality and functionality of software products. Support of domestic manufacturers contributes to the expansion of the national economy and creation of new staff positions in the sphere of information technologies in Russia
