Physical training of cadets of the fire and rescue industry, as a necessary and important process of professional training of future "firefighters", began its formation as an educational discipline in 1906 at the courses "fire technicians" in St. Petersburg. In the early stages of this process were developed requirements for the physical development of candidates who wanted to learn fire business. The next step was to develop the first program for the physical training of future specialists of the fire and rescue industry. To this program were formed due control exercises on physical fitness for cadets. The program content of physical training of cadets was expanded to include fire and rescue sports and theoretical material. In 2011, the year developed educational competence in physical training of cadets in the fire and rescue industry. Now, taking into account new requirements to physical readiness of cadets, the pedagogical need of improvement of all educational and methodical complex of physical preparation of modern cadets of fire and rescue branch ripened
