The article presents an information-analytical model and algorithms for supporting the management of public notification during forest and landscape (natural) fires (hereinafter referred to as fires). A solution to the problem of timely notification of the population, assessment of the sufficiency of forces and means, as well as improving the efficiency of the functioning of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergency situations (hereinafter RSChS) using a mathematical apparatus, simulation modeling and forecasting the development of forest and landscape (natural) fires is proposed. The developed tool is designed to support managerial decision-making - the chairmen of the commission for the prevention of emergency situations and ensuring fire safety, at the stage of fire forecasting
