Abstract:
The feasibility of forecasting the dynamics of the risks of dangerous natural phenomena, which can lead to emergencies, largely determines the effectiveness of management decisions. The purpose of this work is to assess the significance of factors influencing changes in thermal regime characteristics for such an area as the Arctic zone of Eastern Siberia for the summer months. The results obtained show the significance of influence on changes in thermal regime of the considered region, changes in thermal regime of its forest zone. The identified relationships in the modern climatic period have statistical stability, which allows us to use them in support of decision-making on management of fire and rescue garrisons in the Arctic zone of Eastern Siberia
