Abstract:
The article presents an approach to the use of a mechanism for the operational solution of optimization problems (based on the solution of the classical Monge-Kantorovich problem) to improve the management of material resources of the emergency response forces in the radiation accident zone, namely, in order to improve the existing algorithms for moving resources (reserves) to the emergency zone. It is proposed to make multivariate calculations in advance and include them in planning documents, which will provide information support for making the optimal decision to the emergency response manager
