Abstract:
The article proposes a possible approach of monitoring the parameters of the integrated security system of the territory of the closed administrative-territorial entity, taking into account the specifics of its functioning, based on the methods of fuzzy set theory, in particular, implementing a theoretical-possibility approach for obtaining a logical function, the value of which will describe the state of the object on the basis of automatic translation of the values of the parameters of monitoring equipment and the object into the corresponding scales with the output of the generalized indicator. According to the authors, the software complex implementing this approach and integrated into the general system of integrated security will allow to develop in advance and at a better level measures to reduce the risk of an emergency and mitigate its negative consequences, to build a forecast of possible consequences in case of an emergency of a man-made nature at dangerous production facilities and as a result in the territory of most of the closed administrative and territorial entity
